Details of the Job/Internship

IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring for the position of Legal Manager to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Execute and manage all legal proceedings under the SARFAESI Act.
• Oversee mortgage-related legal processes and documentation.
• Provide legal support for asset recovery and loan enforcement.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility

• Proven experience in SARFAESI and mortgage law.
• Strong understanding of legal procedures and documentation.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Karnataka.
