Details of the Job/Internship

IDFC FIRST Bank is hiring a Legal Manager – Debt Management with experience of 2–5 years to join their office in Madurai.

Role and Responsibilities

Manage and undertake collections process for assigned debts.

• Track the portfolio for specific buckets in the assigned area.
• Control delinquency bucket-wise and DPD wise; focus on non-starters.
• Allocate and achieve targets from agencies/in-house team.
• Follow up with default customers.
• Ensure adherence to collection process and legal guidelines.
• Trace absconded default customers and initiate recovery process.
• Recommend legal action for non-recoverable cases and follow up with the legal team.
• Maintain delinquent account history and MIS reports.
• Review collection feedback on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Eligibility

• Graduate – Any.
• Post Graduate – MBA, PGDM.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Legal.

Salary/Stipend
