IIFL Finance is hiring a Legal Manager to join their office in Guwahati.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage legal affairs.
• Prepare legal documents.
• Ensure legal compliance.
• Provide legal consulting services.
• Review contracts.
• Handle legal disputes.
• Advise the company on various legal matters.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge and expertise in law.
• Skills in legal document preparation and legal consulting.
• Experience in legal compliance and managing legal affairs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
