Details of the Job/Internship
IIFL Finance is hiring a legal manager to join them in their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting/reviewing of legal notices/ suits/plaints/ etc.
- Conducting and handling arbitration /Section 138/25 proceedings.
- Civil litigation - focusing on recovery related matters [litigation experience on the lender’s side in high courts, arbitration, NCLT/NCLAT, DRT/DRAT and SARFAESI is a must].
- Litigation management - Record keeping and repository maintenance and updating all folders / spreadsheet trackers etc. on real time basis.
- Any other litigation service that maybe needed.
- Prior experience of handling litigation wrt to wholesale RE, larger ticket size accounts and also experience in handling land disputes.
- Need candidates who have wholesale RE experience.
