Details of the Job/Internship

Indifi is hiring for the position of Legal Manager with 5-7 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial and transactional agreements, including:
• lending service provider agreements, facility agreements, guarantees, business correspondent and co-lending agreements, escrow and referral agreements, SaaS agreements, NDAs, consulting contracts, lease and mortgage deeds, and other vendor agreements.
• Work closely with the Treasury team for raising debt via NCDs, PTC structures, loan assignments, and term loans.
• Provide legal advisory on fintech and lending-related matters, ensuring compliance with RBI regulations such as Digital Lending Guidelines, Outsourcing Guidelines, DLG norms, DPDP Act, etc.
• Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle including database management, MIS, renewals, and terminations.
• Contribute to standardizing templates, improving documentation processes, and enhancing operational efficiency.
• Track regulatory updates, support internal teams with audits, and ensure all agreements protect the company’s legal and commercial interests.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); higher legal qualifications preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in fintech, NBFC, or BFSI legal functions.
• Experience in developing streamlined processes for contract negotiation and management.
