Details of the Job/Internship

Indus Valley Partners (IVP) is hiring a Manager – Legal with experience of 10+ years to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts, NDAs, vendor, licensing, partnership, and service agreements.
• Supporting strategic transactions including mergers and acquisitions, legal due diligence, and fund raising.
• Providing legal risk assessment and ensuring compliance with local and international laws.
• Collaborating with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, HR, and Compliance.
• Advising on employment law and other relevant legal frameworks.
• Maintaining and updating contract templates and legal documentation.
• Managing relationships with external legal counsel.
• Developing and implementing legal policies, procedures, and best practices.

Eligibility

• LLB or equivalent legal degree.
• Minimum 10+ years of post-qualification experience.
• Experience in multi-jurisdictional contract drafting and negotiation.
• Mandatory experience in handling United States laws.
• Strong understanding of international commercial law and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• High level of professional integrity and discretion.
• Experience in global or multinational organizations preferred.
• Familiarity with FinTech, Software Technology, or BPO/KPO regulations preferred.
• Proficiency in legal technology tools preferred.

Salary/Stipend
