IndusInd Bank is seeking a Legal Manager for its operations in Hisar, Haryana. Join their team to provide legal expertise and support in various legal matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handling litigation matters related to Civil Suit, Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT), Cheque/Electronic Clearing Service (ECS) bouncing, and Sarfaesi Act cases.
- Conducting legal research and preparing case strategies.
- Representing clients before courts, tribunals, and law enforcement agencies.
- Assisting in recovery unit operations and accompanying them when required.
- Drafting legal documents, petitions, and responses.
- Providing legal advice and guidance to clients on litigation matters.
- Maintaining case files and documentation accurately.
- Collaborating with senior attorneys and team members on case management.
- Keeping abreast of legal developments and updates relevant to litigation practice.
