Details of the Job/Internship
Infodigix is hiring a Legal Manager with 2–6 years of experience in Affordable Housing Finance or NBFC/Banking to manage non-litigation legal matters.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, vet, and execute loan agreements, mortgage deeds, and related property documentation.
- Conduct thorough title due diligence and verification of property documents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and company policies for housing finance.
- Advise business teams on loan structuring, mortgage creation, and risk mitigation.
- Coordinate with empanelled advocates for property reports and legal opinions.
- Assist in regulatory audits and support compliance requirements.
Eligibility
- Law graduate (LLB/LLM).
- 2–6 years of experience in Affordable Housing Finance, NBFC, or Banking (Home Loan, LAP, Mortgage).
- Strong expertise in non-litigation mortgage documentation.
- Proficiency in Kannada and English (mandatory for property document review and local liaison).
- Excellent drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
