Details of the Job/Internship

INTO LEGAL WORLD is hiring a Legal Manager to join their team in a full-time remote role.

Role and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage legal affairs of the organisation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare, review, and draft legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
• Provide legal consulting and advisory services to clients.
• Support clients in making informed legal decisions.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and ensure adherence.
• Handle litigation and dispute resolution processes.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); LLM is a plus.
• Prior experience in a legal management role.
• Proficiency in legal processes and compliance requirements.
• Experience in drafting contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary/Stipend

30,000 - 35,000/- INR a month.
