iSprout - Managed Office Space is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 3 years to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including lease agreements, service contracts, vendor agreements, and partnership agreements.
- Provide legal advice and support to internal departments such as operations, sales, marketing, and finance.
- Identify potential legal risks and implement effective strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure the organization stays compliant with evolving laws and regulations relevant to the co-working industry.
- Manage legal disputes, including litigation, arbitration, and mediation, as necessary.
- Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures to uphold best practices and legal compliance.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel on specialized matters as required.
Eligibility
- Degree from an accredited law school and admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction.
- 3 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on commercial real estate, contracts, or corporate law.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry or with co-working spaces is a significant advantage.
