Details of the Job/Internship
ITC Hotels Limited is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 2–5 years to join its Corporate Office in Gurugram. The role involves providing legal advice on day-to-day operations and business initiatives, handling litigation, contract drafting and review, regulatory matters, and mergers and acquisitions, while working closely with internal stakeholders on legal and compliance issues.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and opinions on day-to-day operational and business matters.
- Handle litigation matters, including labour and human resources-related issues.
- Draft, vet, and review agreements and legal documentation.
- Support regulatory compliance and advisory work.
- Assist in mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence and negotiations.
Eligibility
- Candidates with 2–5 years of post-qualification legal experience.
- Prior experience in the hospitality sector is preferred.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions, litigation, contract vetting and drafting, and indirect taxes is desirable.
