Details of the Job/Internship

ITC Hotels Limited is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 2–5 years to join their corporate office in Gurugram. The role involves providing legal advice and opinions on issues relating to day-to-day operations and company initiatives. Responsibilities include handling litigation, drafting and reviewing contracts, regulatory matters, and Mergers and Acquisitions. The Legal Manager will work closely with internal stakeholders on legal and compliance-related matters.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and opinions on day-to-day operational matters and company initiatives.
• Handle litigation matters.
• Draft and review contracts and agreements.
• Manage regulatory matters.
• Assist in Mergers and Acquisitions, including due diligence and negotiations.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders on legal and compliance-related issues.

Eligibility

• 2–5 years of post-qualification legal experience.
• Experience in the hospitality sector will be preferred.
• Preference for experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, including due diligence and negotiations.
• Experience in litigation, particularly labour and human resources-related matters.
• Experience in vetting and drafting agreements.
• Experience in indirect taxes.
