Details of the Job/Internship

Jain Heights & Structures Private Limited is hiring a Legal Manager with 5–7 years of experience to join their team.

Role and Responsibilities

Draft and review legal documents.
Scrutinise and vet property documents and prepare the flow of title.
Draft conveyance documents including sale deeds, agreements to sell, joint development agreements, powers of attorney, memoranda of understanding, lease deeds and related agreements.
Liaise with government departments and statutory authorities.
Coordinate with landowners and review draft contracts.
Work with panel advocates and follow up on case progress.
Guide management during litigation processes when required.
Apply strong knowledge of legal terminology and legal operations.
Demonstrate understanding of corporate law and legal defence strategies.
Stay updated with current legislation and compliance practices.
Negotiate and finalise settlement terms.

Eligibility

BA LLB.
5–7 years of real estate industry experience.
Kannada language proficiency (mandatory).
