Details of the Job/Internship

JioSaavn is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 7 to 10 years to join their office in Navi Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Will work closely with relevant stake holders to guide and advise on content moderation and compliance requirements and stem escalations(including civil and criminal) in alignment withthe Information Technology Act, The Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules and other applicable laws.
• Regular communication with JioSaavn business units to help identify and address legal issues associated with technology, product, content and programming across the JioSaavn platform.
• Advise and provide legal advice on a wide spectrum of contract, technology, corporate,advertising, intellectual property, corporate, andprivacy related issues.

Eligibility

• Post qualification experience 7 to 10 years.
