JNN HR Solutions Pvt Ltd is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of to join their office in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, on-site role involving drafting, reviewing, and managing legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and providing legal advice and consultation. The role also includes managing legal affairs, offering strategic guidance, mitigating risks, ensuring adherence to corporate governance standards, coordinating with external legal counsel, and managing legal disputes.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Provide legal advice and consultation.
• Manage legal affairs and offer strategic guidance.
• Mitigate risks and ensure adherence to corporate governance standards.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel.
• Manage legal disputes.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge and expertise in law and legal affairs.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and legal compliance.
• Experience in providing legal consulting services and solutions.
• Solid understanding of corporate governance and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; Master’s degree (LLM) preferred.
• Previous experience in a legal or corporate setting is a strong advantage.

Salary/Stipend
