Jobox Hire is hiring a legal manager to join them in Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal Advisory: Provide timely and accurate legal advice to management and departments.
- Contract Management: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage contracts, agreements, and MOUs.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate legal risks, implementing proactive measures.
- Litigation Management: Handle disputes, lawsuits, and arbitrations.
- Policy Development: Create and update company policies and procedures.
- Regulatory Affairs: Engage with regulatory bodies, ensuring compliance.
- Training and Awareness: Conduct legal training sessions for employees.
- Budgeting: Manage the legal department's budget.
- External Counsel Management: Engage with and supervise external lawyers and law firms.
Eligibility
- LL.B. or J.D. degree from a reputable law school.
- 5+ years of experience as a legal professional, preferably in-house.
- Strong knowledge of corporate law, contracts, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Legal Drafting and Contract Drafting.
- We are looking for Candidate of Corporate Background.
- Company Legal Manners Arbitration,Policy Developments.
- In house Lawyers.
