Details of the Job/Internship

K12 Techno Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Manager with 3–7 years of experience to join their office in Yeshwanthpur, Bengaluru. The role involves handling compliance and regulatory matters, managing contracts and agreements, conducting legal due diligence, providing corporate and business law advisory, and updating company policies.

Role and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with local, state, and central laws relating to real estate, land use, RERA, municipal regulations, stamp duty, registration, and other applicable statutes.
• Stay updated with changes in real estate and corporate laws.
• Draft, review, and finalize legal documents including Lease Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Vendor Agreements, and other contracts.
• Negotiate contractual terms with landowners, contractors, vendors, partners, intermediaries, and consultants.
• Curate, maintain, and oversee legal documentation to ensure contracts are legally sound and commercially viable.
• Coordinate with external law firms for legal due diligence on land and property acquisitions.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal risks to ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory frameworks.
• Provide expertise in commercial, corporate, and business laws relevant to company operations.
• Evaluate projects to ensure compliance with corporate law requirements.
• Conduct legal research on partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
• Review and update company legal policies in line with changing laws and regulations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university in India.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience, preferably in a reputed law firm or as in-house counsel.
• Strong knowledge of RERA and corporate law.
• Registered with the Bar Council of India.
