Kia India is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage litigation matters relating to consumer, property, and recovery cases.
- Coordinate with external counsels.
- Handle case management reporting and obtain feedback from concerned business teams.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
- Provide legal opinions and advice on day-to-day matters, preferably relating to sales and marketing issues.
Eligibility
- Experience in litigation matters including consumer, property, and recovery cases.
- Experience in coordination with external lawyers.
- Experience in case management and management reporting.
- Experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation.
- Well versed in laws and regulations with the ability to provide legal opinions.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Self-motivated and willing to take additional responsibilities.
- Willingness to travel on short notice.
- Ready to relocate to any part of India if required.
- Experience in the automotive sector as in-house counsel is preferable.
