Details of the Job/Internship

Kia India is hiring a Legal Manager with 8–14 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation matters including consumer, property, and recovery cases.
• Coordinate with external legal counsels.
• Manage case reporting and gather feedback from relevant business teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
• Provide legal opinions and advice on daily issues, particularly related to sales and marketing.
• Travel on short notice when required and undertake additional responsibilities.
• Relocate within India if the business demands.

Eligibility

• 8–14 years of experience.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
• Fluency in English and Hindi.
• Prior in-house legal experience in the automotive sector is preferred.
• Self-driven and hardworking professional.
