KLM Axiva Finvest Ltd is hiring a Legal Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their office in Kochi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough investigations into reported misconduct cases.
• Ensure disciplinary processes comply with State and National legal requirements.
• Draft show-cause notices, charge sheets, enquiry orders, and investigation reports.
• Lead domestic enquiry proceedings with fairness and legal accuracy.
• Advise the Head of HR on appropriate disciplinary actions.
• Coordinate with Regional HR Managers for timely completion of proceedings.
• Collaborate with external legal experts on complex cases.
• Submit monthly state-wise disciplinary status reports to the Head of HR.
• Maintain records securely for audits and future reference.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in legal or compliance roles, preferably in NBFC or banking.
• Strong understanding of employment law, regulatory frameworks, and disciplinary processes.
• Excellent drafting and investigation skills.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal abilities.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Salary/Stipend
