Details of the Job/Internship
Knack Packaging is hiring a Legal Manager with 5–7 years of experience to join their legal department in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
- Draft, negotiate, and manage contracts and agreements.
- Handle dispute resolution, including litigation and arbitration.
- Monitor legal and regulatory compliance across departments.
- Advise on risk mitigation and corporate governance policies.
- Support corporate transactions and assist with board meetings.
- Lead and mentor the legal team.
- Manage external legal counsel and represent the company in negotiations or legal proceedings.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized institution.
- LL.M. or relevant certifications (e.g., bar membership, corporate law certifications) preferred.
- 5–7 years of legal experience with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Proven expertise in corporate law, litigation, regulatory compliance, and contract law.
