Details of the Job/Internship

KNS Infrastructure is hiring Legal Manager with the experience of 5+ years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of experience in managing legal due diligence, reviewing legal contracts, and experience in litigation.
• Experience working in the real estate industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of land acquisition, RERA, and other legal compliance procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Experience working with external legal counsels and vendors.
