Kogta Financial India Limited is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 1 year to join their office in Ahmedabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist collection team for initiation of legal action.
- Must have Knowledge of 138, criminal laws and Sec 451.
- Knowledge of arbitration and EP matters.
- Summons.
- Police Station visits for Execution of warrants.
Eligibility
- Post qualification experience 1 year.
