Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited is hiring a Legal Manager with relevant experience to join their office in Delhi.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review finance facility agreements and related documents.
• Conduct due diligence of properties intended for mortgage.
• Provide legal advice and opinions on various matters.
• Examine and advise on Title Search Reports of immovable properties.

Eligibility

• Graduate degree in Law from a recognized university; preference for candidates with a postgraduate degree in Law.
• Experience in the finance industry, preferably in banking and finance.
• Proven expertise in drafting comprehensive contract documents for risk mitigation.
