Details of the Job/Internship
KP Group is hiring a Legal Manager for a full-time, on-site role at its Surat office. The Legal Manager will oversee the organisation’s legal affairs, ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and provide comprehensive legal advice. The role involves drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal assessments, managing compliance processes, handling contracts, mitigating legal risks, and coordinating with external legal consultants as required.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the legal affairs of the organisation.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulatory frameworks.
- Prepare, review, and manage legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct legal assessments and advise on risk mitigation.
- Handle legal compliance processes and related documentation.
- Liaise with and coordinate external legal consultants when required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent.
- An advanced law degree is an added advantage.
- Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or related industries is advantageous.
