Details of the Job/Internship
Krishvi Group is hiring a Legal Manager to oversee legal matters related to real estate transactions, development projects, compliance, and property management at their corporate office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conduct title verification and land ownership checks.
- Draft, review, and negotiate sale deeds, lease deeds, JDAs, MoUs, and construction contracts.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and obtain necessary approvals from authorities.
- Handle litigation, legal notices, and coordinate with external counsel.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings or before law enforcement agencies.
- Identify legal risks and suggest mitigation strategies.
- Support land acquisition and provide legal assistance during project planning and execution.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB or LLM).
- Registered with the Bar Council of India (preferred).
- 5–10+ years of relevant experience in real estate law, especially residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of RERA, local land laws, and transfer of property laws.
- Proficiency in contract law and civil litigation.
