Details of the Job/Internship

Kristal.Ai is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 5 to 6 years to join their office in Bengaluru.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate and finalise fund offering documents and investment related documents (such as Shareholders Agreement, Share Subscription Agreement)
• Advise the on risks associated with third-party partnerships.
• Evaluate and render legal advice in support of services for the different corporate functions and business departments in the company.
• Drafting and reviewing of internal company/group policies.
• Being upto date on relevant laws and advise on the impact of laws, regulations and codes on current or proposed business activities.
• Ensuring minimal dependency on external counsels and strive to manage the legal advice in-house.

Eligibility

• Degree in Law.
• 5 to 6 years PQE.
• Experience in PE/VC investments.
• Qualified to practise in India.
• Experience in contract drafting, negotiating and research work.
• Decision making and sign off on various arrangements.
•  Attention to detail.
• Articulate and possess good communication and drafting skills.

Salary/Stipend
