LAS Group is hiring a Legal Manager to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and handle legal affairs.
• Prepare legal documents and manage contracts.
• Offer legal consulting and sound legal guidance.
• Ensure compliance and mitigate legal risks.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; LLM is a plus.
• Expertise in law and legal affairs with the ability to navigate regulatory landscapes.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and contract management.
• Experience in legal consulting and providing legal advice.
• Knowledge of legal compliance processes and risk mitigation strategies.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Previous experience in the education sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
