Details of the Job/Internship

Live Connections is currently seeking a Legal Manager to join their team in Chennai. As a Legal Manager, you will play a pivotal role in providing legal support and guidance to the organization. Responsibilities may include contract drafting and review, legal research, compliance monitoring, and providing advice on legal matters to various departments.

Role and Responsibilities

• Contract Negotiation, Litigation Management, Regulatory Compliance, & Intellectual Property.
• Draft and solidify agreements, contracts and other legal documents to ensure the company’s full legal rights. 

Eligibility

• Education: Graduate/Post Graduate in Law and Bar admission
• Qualification: 15+ years (Minimum 8 years legal experience in healthcare Industry required)
