Details of the Job/Internship
Lodha Group is hiring a Legal Associate – Real Estate with hands-on experience in land acquisition, documentation, and due diligence.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently handle documentation for land acquisition and transfer, including JDAs, collaboration agreements, and conveyance deeds.
- Conduct detailed land title due diligence in Maharashtra (NCR exposure is a plus).
- Lead and execute land acquisition transactions.
- Draft and negotiate real estate documents such as MOUs, ATSs, term sheets, LOIs, and RFPs.
- Manage RERA-related documentation and compliance for Maharashtra, Delhi, and Haryana.
- Collaborate with external law firms and internal stakeholders on various projects.
- Assist in structuring and negotiating complex land transactions.
- Support internal teams in closing acquisition transactions and ensuring property law compliance.
Eligibility
- LLB/LLM degree from a recognized institution.
- Proven experience handling real estate documentation, due diligence, and land transactions.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with RERA compliances and property-related regulations.
- Experience in Maharashtra real estate market; NCR exposure preferred.
Salary/Stipend
