L&T Finance is hiring a Legal Manager (Micro LAP) with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join their office in Agra. This is a critical role requiring strong local knowledge of Uttar Pradesh land records and registration processes. The position requires an immediate joiner and focuses on non-litigation legal work related to Micro Loan Against Property.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handling non-litigation legal matters related to Micro LAP.
• Conducting title vetting and issuing legal opinions.
• Managing legal aspects of Loan Against Property transactions.
• Ensuring compliance with local land records and registration requirements in Uttar Pradesh.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of experience specifically in Micro LAP (Loan Against Property).
• Location must be strictly Agra, with deep understanding of UP local nuances and registration processes.
• Expertise in non-litigation matters, title vetting, and providing legal opinions.
• Immediate availability preferred.
