Details of the Job/Internship

Lumina CloudInfra is hiring for the position of Legal Manager with experience of 5+ years to join their Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• You will be the go-to expert for legal advisory, contract drafting, issue resolution, supply chain/procurement support, compliance management, and risk mitigation.
• Effective communication will be essential as you collaborate across departments.

Eligibility

• A Law graduate from a recognized institution (CS and/or LL.M preferred).
• 5+ years of post-qualification experience, including at least 1 year specifically in data center-related legal matters.
• A legal generalist with expertise in commercial, e-commerce, technology, regulatory, and corporate law.
• Proven skills in legal consulting, document preparation, and issue resolution.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, analytical, negotiation, and drafting skills.
• A team player with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with the Indian legal system and regulations is a plus.

Salary/Stipend
