Details of the Job/Internship

Lupin India is hiring a legal professional with 3–5 years of experience to support brand protection and enforcement initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities

• Monitor, update, prepare, and maintain lead trackers and assess leads received from distributors, customers, authorities, and other sources.
• Send communications to licensing authorities and police authorities and support filing of FIRs.
• Liaise with regulators, pharmaceutical associations, and law enforcement agencies.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants for approvals and enforcement actions.
• Work closely with legal, packaging, distribution, marketing, and sales teams to align brand protection strategies.
• Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities in supply chain and distribution networks.
• Identify and onboard investigation agencies across India and coordinate pre-enforcement and enforcement actions.
• Assess investigation reports and evidence and obtain internal and external approvals.
• Initiate civil or criminal prosecution, where applicable and advised.
• Track technological developments in brand protection, including serialization, track-and-trace, and anti-counterfeiting tools.
• Analyze feasibility and implementation strategies of brand protection technologies.
• Ensure monitoring, reporting, and compliance requirements are met.

Eligibility

• Postgraduate degree in Law.
• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
