Details of the Job/Internship

Lytus Technologies is hiring a Legal Manager with 5+ years experience for its Mumbai office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage legal contracts and agreements.
• Conduct legal due diligence of target entities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Maintain organized legal files and documentation.
• Provide administrative and legal support to internal teams.
• Liaise with external counsels and regulatory bodies.
• Support in risk assessment and contract negotiations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a corporate legal role.
• Strong skills in legal documentation and drafting.
• Proficient in contract review and negotiation.
• Well-versed in regulatory compliance and legal risk mitigation.
• Skilled in legal research and analysis.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
