Details of the Job/Internship

MAA Homes is hiring a Legal Manager with 5+ years of experience to oversee legal, compliance, documentation and litigation matters related to its real estate projects.

Role and Responsibilities

Draft, review and finalise legal documents including Sale Deeds, Agreements of Sale, Construction Agreements, MoUs, PoAs and Lease Deeds.
Conduct legal due diligence for land acquisition and project development.
Handle RERA compliance, municipal approvals and regulatory documentation.
Manage legal notices, consumer court cases, arbitration matters and coordinate with external advocates.
Verify title documents, encumbrances and property approvals.
Provide legal advice to senior management and internal teams.
Support sales and CRM teams with customer documentation and agreement-related queries.

Eligibility

LLB/LLM with 5+ years of experience in real estate legal operations.
Strong knowledge of real estate laws, land laws, RERA, contract drafting and litigation.
Excellent communication, negotiation and documentation skills.
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.
