Mahendra Homes Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Legal Manager to join their office in Bommasandra, Anekal Taluk, Bengaluru South.
Role and Responsibilities
- Acquisition of immovable properties and due diligence on property titles.
- Physical verification of properties and coordination with survey officials.
- Drafting and execution of various agreements and deeds including JDAs, lease deeds, sale deeds, mortgage deeds, and more.
- Maintenance of land banking data and documentation.
- Handling the registration process through the online portal.
- Liaisoning with statutory and planning authorities for project approvals.
- Reviewing and negotiating bank and financial agreements.
- Coordinating with banks and advocates for project approvals and housing loans.
- Addressing customer legal queries and issues.
- Managing legal notices and coordinating with external advocates.
- Maintaining project documents and coordinating with internal teams.
- Assisting in forming Apartment Owners Associations and project handovers.
- Advising internal teams on legal risks and liabilities.
- Coordinating preparation and vetting of legal documents.
