MAS Financial Services is hiring a Legal Manager – LAP (Non-Litigation) with 4–7 years of experience to join their office in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, vet, and review loan documents, agreements, and contracts related to LAP.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines in disbursement and documentation.
• Manage title verification, property due diligence, and liaise with legal vendors.
• Provide legal support to credit, sales, and operations teams on LAP-related queries.
• Handle legal audits and ensure error-free documentation.
• Coordinate with external counsels for non-litigation matters.
• Support business teams with timely legal opinions and risk mitigation.

Eligibility

• LLB/LLM qualification (mandatory).
• 4–7 years’ experience in NBFC/BFSI (preferably in LAP documentation and non-litigation).
• Strong knowledge of property law, SARFAESI, stamping, and registration.
• Good drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and provide quick solutions.

Salary/Stipend
