Details of the Job/Internship

Michael Page is hiring for the position of Legal Manager with experience of 5+ years to join their Mumbai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage all legal matters for the property and real estate development department.
• Oversee contract negotiations, drafting, and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
• Represent the company in any legal proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and guidance to the team and senior management.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel as required.
• Develop and implement legal policies and procedures.
• Train team members on legal aspects of real estate development.

Eligibility

• At-least five years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Candidate should come with experience dealing with the property and real. estate development industry.
• Commercial leasing experience is mandatory.
