Details of the Job/Internship

Mirae Asset Sharekhan is hiring for the position of Legal Manager with 4-8 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Drafting and vetting of Replies and Agreements · Periodical reporting to the management.
• Worked extensively on vendor agreements, inter company group agreements, IT cloud and other agreements, treasury agreements etc.
• Drafting replies in certain cases to SEBI/ SCN/ Group head quarters.
• Ensure effective implementation of processes set by the Company and Department.
• Appearing for the court matters.
• Work on all advisory matters along with Head of legal, help in alignment of standard agreements/ agreement mis etc. Other audit related work.
• Apply structured problem-solving skills in either role (litigation team / Non litigation team) to create value for the organisation.
• Done some Trademark related work.
• Work on various data analysis and MIS whether related to litigation or non-litigation.

Eligibility

• Graduate and Postgraduate in LLB.
• Practice background and sound knowledge of securities market is must.
• Relevant work experience 4 to 8 years.
• Experience in legal department of broking industry must.

Salary/Stipend
