Details of the Job/Internship

MITCON Credentia is hiring a Legal Manager with relevant experience to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and prepare legal documents related to trusteeship services.
• Ensure legal, regulatory, and statutory compliance.
• Provide legal consultation and support on various legal matters.
• Coordinate with clients to address legal queries.
• Manage and oversee internal legal processes.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of law and legal affairs.
• Proficiency in legal drafting and legal consulting.
• Experience in legal compliance matters.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); Master’s degree or certification preferred.
• Prior experience in trusteeship or financial services is preferred.

Salary/Stipend
