Details of the Job/Internship
Mondelēz International is hiring a Legal Manager with 5+ years of post-qualification experience to join its Baddi office in Himachal Pradesh.
Role and Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to business units and factory stakeholders.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
- Evaluate and manage legal risks related to operations.
- Ensure protection of intellectual property.
- Oversee compliance with policies, laws, and corporate governance.
- Handle litigation, customer claims, and work with external counsel.
- Deliver compliance training and support implementation of legal policies.
- Participate in global knowledge-sharing and legal initiatives.
Eligibility
- Postgraduate degree in Law from a recognized university.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification experience as an in-house legal advisor in a large organisation.
- Experience in FMCG or food manufacturing units preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with local laws, regulatory frameworks, and digital platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix organisation.
