Details of the Job/Internship
Mother Sparsh is hiring for the position of Legal Manager with 4+ years of experience to join their office in Chandigarh.
Role and Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end Trademark and IP portfolio management.
- Conduct trademark searches, manage registrations, rectification proceedings, and injunction matters.
- Draft and file notices of opposition, counter statements, affidavits, and cease & desist notices.
- Manage trademark journals and monitor opposition timelines.
- Draft various IP-related legal documents with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide legal support for trademark, design, and copyright-related issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance and safeguard brand IP.
- Maintain well-organized data and records related to IP matters.
Eligibility
- Education: Law graduate from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience in Trademark and IP law.
- Strong knowledge of Trademark, Design, and Copyright laws.
- Superior drafting skills and excellent oral communication abilities.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines.
- Problem-solver with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
- Team player with proven capability to support cross-functional stakeholders.
