MRL Tyres Limited is hiring a legal manager to join them in Gurugram office. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Legal advice: Providing legal advice on a variety of matters, including contracts, insurance, and bank guarantees.
• Legal research: Conducting legal research and staying up to date on legal changes and regulations.
• Legal documents: Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents, such as contracts and agreements.
• Legal strategy: Developing and implementing legal strategies to protect the organization's interests.
• Legal relationships: Managing relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory authorities.
• Legal compliance: Compliance overview with laws and regulations.
• Legal proceedings: Representing the company in legal proceedings and hearings.
• Legal risk management: Liaising with relevant departments to identify and address legal risks.
• Legal information: Providing and interpreting legal information to staff.
