Muthoot Homefin (India) Limited is hiring a Legal Manager for a full-time, on-site role.
The position involves handling legal documentation, regulatory compliance, and legal operations, while working closely with internal departments to manage legal risks and ensure smooth integration of legal processes within the organisation.
Role and Responsibilities
- Preparation and review of legal documents.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Managing legal operations of the organisation.
- Collaborating with internal departments on legal matters.
- Providing legal consultation and addressing legal risks.
- Ensuring seamless integration of legal processes across the company.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent legal qualification.
- Strong knowledge of legal affairs and legal compliance.
- Experience in legal consulting and providing practical legal guidance.
- Ability to manage regulatory requirements and compliance processes.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Prior experience in the financial or housing sector is an added advantage.
