Details of the Job/Internship

Muthoot Housing Finance Company Ltd is hiring a Legal Manager with 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in litigation to join their offices in Hyderabad and Madurai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle litigation cases related to the SARFAESI Act, Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, and Arbitration.
• Coordinate with external advocates and internal teams for timely case resolutions.
• Draft legal notices, replies, and other litigation-related documents with accuracy.

Eligibility

• 3–4 years of post-qualification experience in litigation.
• Strong legal drafting and analytical skills.
• Prior experience in SARFAESI, NI Act, and arbitration matters preferred.
