Details of the Job/Internship

Namdev Finvest Private Limited is hiring a Legal Executive to join their office in Palanpur.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare legal documents and review contracts, agreements, and other legal papers.
• Provide legal advice and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Handle property law and conveyancing matters.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address legal issues and resolve disputes.
• Offer proactive legal support for organizational operations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; LLM preferred.
• Knowledge of general legal principles, Property Law, and Conveyancing.
• Proficiency in legal document drafting and review.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Prior experience in the financial or NBFC sector preferred.

Salary/Stipend
