Details of the Job/Internship
National Realty Private Limited is hiring a Legal Manager with 5–8 years of post-qualification experience to join their Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including lease agreements, sale deeds, and vendor contracts.
- Provide legal advice on real estate transactions, property laws, and society matters.
- Liaise with external counsel, regulatory authorities, and government bodies.
- Conduct legal research and track regulatory changes.
- Assist in dispute resolution and litigation management.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and internal policies.
- Provide legal opinions to support management decisions.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognised university (LL.M. or CS preferred).
- 5–8 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in real estate or corporate legal practice.
- Strong expertise in contract drafting and vetting.
- Knowledge of society laws, property laws, and RERA.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- High integrity and professional ethics.
