Details of the Job/Internship
NBR Group is hiring a Legal Manager / Head with 12–15 years of real estate experience to oversee legal affairs, manage compliance, provide legal consultation, and handle disputes. The role involves preparing and reviewing legal documents, advising management on legal matters, and ensuring adherence to applicable laws across company operations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Oversee all legal affairs and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Draft, review, and manage legal documents for company operations.
- Provide legal consulting and advice to management on business and operational matters.
- Handle and coordinate legal disputes, claims, and litigation.
- Identify legal risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Support the company in maintaining corporate governance and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external counsel as necessary.
Eligibility
- 12–15 years of experience in the real estate industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) required; additional qualifications or certifications are a plus.
- Proficiency in legal compliance, document preparation, and consulting.
- Strong analytical, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
