Nidhi Lakshmi Finance Private Limited is hiring a Legal Manager with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their office in Ajmer.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage legal functions related to recovery and enforcement under the Negotiable Instruments Act and SARFAESI Act.
- Provide legal advice on loan documentation and mortgage registration.
- Prepare default recovery strategies.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement policies ensuring compliance.
- Successfully implement systems for efficient case tracking and reporting.
- Liaison with various departments as required.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of MS Excel and Word.
- Experience in the finance or banking sector is a plus.
