Details of the Job/Internship
NIIT is hiring a Legal Manager with experience of 5 years to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Negotiating and drafting/vetting wide-ranging Agreements relating to managed training services, content creation, learning technologies, and other training services.
- Advice on responsiveness to RFP, to provide Queries and highlight concerns in the RFPs.
Eligibility
- Awareness of issues in Corporate Training Program, Content Creation, Managed Training Services, learning technologies etc.
- Must have experience in working on complex transactions, typically international in scope with unusual and complex pricing structures, multiple towers, multiple countries, and other complexity factors
- Good knowledge of the Contract Act, PE, WHT, FEMA, GDPR, and Arbitration Law.
- Resilient under high pressure; able to balance between moving a deal forward and maintaining objectivity about the soundness of the deal and compliance with the Company’s principles and standards
- Excellent contract negotiation skills.
- Sound research skills on legal propositions.
- Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- L.L.B.
- Good Drafting Skills.
- Research on Legal Search Engine.
- Relevant experience (should not be less than minimum experience)
- 5 years in the service sector.
- Support and pre-emptive advisories to the business units.
- Proficient in MS Office suite of products.
